1.) In the Order Details box below, please include your image (preferred files: jpeg, svg, or png) or describe what logo or words you would like on your mask.
a.) Specify if you would like your design on Side A or B or both sides.
b.) For example: "I want my business logo on Side A and my name on Side B. I want my name smaller than the business logo"

1.) Pattern Number (only stretch knit material can be used; so that's patterns #19, #20, and #21 from the cloth patterns list and all of the other patterns can be found under "Neck Gaiter Patterns" on the Choose Your Pattern tab)
2.) Quantity of each pattern selected
3.) Size: list your head circumference by using a flexible measuring tape
(Please note: the sizes listed on the size chart are approximate sizes only and measurements may vary by up to 1" since they are custom made)
4.) Provide your Shipping Address if shipping is required
5.) Specify if you would like Priority or Regular Shipping
